President

1. Liaison with City

6. Overall responbility for Finance and Operations

 

Vice President

1. Assists President and attends meetings on behalf of President when requested

2. May perform other roles

 

Treasurer

1.  Provides financial reporting on quarterly and yearly basis to members and City of Ottawa

2.  Manage financials (receivables and payables) for all programs and events and provides information on profitability by program type

3.  Provides accounting statements for grant applications

4. Uses program based accounting and budget based accounting

 

Secretary

1.  Takes meeting notes for all DCA meetings

2.  Forward meeting notes to the President for review and to Webmaster for posting

3.  Follows up on action items prior to the next meeting

4.  Place tender ads, AGM notices, special event ads with local papers

5.  Pick up mail and respond to mail

6.  Work with webmaster and newsletter co-ordinator to funnel consistent info

2. Review website for dated items and removes them

3. Maintains "subscription" mailing list for weekly emails

4. Sends out weekly or bi-weekly email to subscription list with updates affecting Dunrobin area events

5. Maintains "calendar of events"

6. Takes booking requests for Centre and Fields
