Fitness BootKamp
This class is offered by a local Dunrobin instructor and is held at the Dunrobin Community Centre starting Nov 10th.
Classes are twice a week, Tuesdays from 8 - 9 pm and Thursdays from 8:10 pm - 9:10 pm
The Corkery Community Association is organizing, with the help of of St.Michael's School, ballroom dancing lessons for adults. Lessons will be held on Saturday mornings for both beginner and intermediate levels, with the possibility of two separate classes if there are enough registrants. Cost: $ 80.00 per couple for 8 one hour sessions

Stretch and Strength
A great program that combines pilates, yoga, active release stretching, and strengthening exercises using your own body weight and low weights with high repetitions. The class is designed for those who want to develop a lean long build of muscles while also obtaining a great stretch and relaxation. You will feel aligned, worked, yet relaxed all at the same time upon finishing a class. It is a wonderful addition to your week, especially combining this class with other cardio based or intense full body workouts.
