New Class: Yoga for Teens
(parent is welcome to accompany)
Life can sometimes feel like you are carrying a lot on your shoulders – school, friends, family and everything else going on in the world. Yoga for Teens is designed to help you release some of life’s stress, feel confident and glow with good health. It’s a time to harmonize your body (the physical parts of you), your mind (how you think and feel) and your spirit (what makes you unique). Join us as we share a yoga practice and learn to breathe deeply, focus, strengthen and stretch. Yoga is the perfect complement to any other sport or academic activity. No experience is necessary!
