You must register on the site and fill out this FORM prior to the start of the season, or your child will not be insured to be on the field. If you are interested in volunteering there is a space on the form to do so - Thank you!

League Age Groups:

$45 - Learn to Play (2019-2021)

$70 - U9 (2017-2018)

$80 - U11 (2015-2016)

$80 - U13 (2013-2014)

$80 - U15 boys / mixed (2011-2012)
