Drum Fit: Where fitness meets Rythm!

This in person staility ball drumming program is a simple, fun way for students to develop physically and mentally. It is a cardio based drumming program that combines physical activity with brain fitness. Students are increasing their overall well-being in a social setting. Drum away stress with drum sticks on a stability ball, whilst moving your body listening to some groovy music. Classes run Monday evenings from 5.30pm-6.15pm starting September 9th 2024 to November 4th 2024
