Stability Ball Drumming: Where Fitness Meets Rhythm!
This in person stability ball drumming program is a simple, fun way for students to develop physically and mentally. It is a cardio based drumming program that combines physical activity with brain fitness. Students are increasing their overall well-being in a social setting. Drum away stress with drum sticks on a stability ball, whilst moving your body listening to some groovy music.
Classes run Monday evenings starting May 11th, 2026 to June 29th, 2026.
5:30pm - 6:15pm
Suitable for all fitness levels.
